These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Montis.icu, including the website, application services, coaching tools, MCP integrations, APIs, and AI-powered reporting features.

By accessing or using Montis.icu, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

🧭 Description of Service

Montis.icu is an athlete analytics and coaching platform that integrates with third-party providers including Intervals.icu, AI language models, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) clients.

Services may include:

• Training analysis and reporting
• Performance forecasting
• Wellness and recovery analysis
• Calendar and event planning
• Workout and activity analytics
• AI-assisted coaching guidance
• MCP and API integrations

⚠️ No Medical Advice

Montis.icu is not a medical service.

All coaching guidance, forecasts, readiness assessments, recommendations, and generated insights are provided solely for informational and educational purposes.

• Nothing provided constitutes medical advice
• Nothing replaces professional healthcare guidance
• Training recommendations may be incomplete or incorrect
• You should consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate

🏃 User Responsibility

You remain solely responsible for:

• Your training decisions
• Your health and wellbeing
• Race and event participation
• Interpreting any recommendations generated by the Service
• Verifying information before acting upon it

Montis.icu does not guarantee performance improvements, race outcomes, injury prevention, or training effectiveness.

🤖 Artificial Intelligence

Montis.icu may use Large Language Models (LLMs) and artificial intelligence systems to explain, summarize, and interpret training information.

• AI systems may make mistakes
• Generated responses may contain inaccuracies
• AI outputs should always be reviewed critically
• Users should not rely solely on AI-generated guidance

AI-generated content is provided "as-is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or suitability.

🔑 Connected Accounts & OAuth

Certain features require authorization to access third-party services, including Intervals.icu.

• You explicitly authorize access through OAuth
• Passwords are never shared with Montis.icu
• OAuth access may be revoked at any time
• Revoking access may disable Service functionality

🌐 Third-Party Services

Montis.icu relies upon external providers which may include:

• Intervals.icu
• OpenAI
• Anthropic
• Google
• Cloudflare
• Railway

Montis.icu is not responsible for:

• Third-party outages
• API changes
• Data inaccuracies from third-party systems
• Service interruptions beyond our control
• Account restrictions imposed by third parties

🔒 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Abuse APIs, MCP endpoints, or authentication systems
• Interfere with service availability
• Bypass security mechanisms
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt automated abuse, scraping, or denial-of-service activity

Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

You retain ownership of your own training and athlete data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Montis.icu and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Injury or illness
• Training decisions
• Race outcomes
• Loss of performance
• Loss of data
• Service interruptions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

🔁 Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

Continued use of the Service following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.

Any disputes arising from use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
